Corporate-level in-house 5-day workshop session to develop maintenance strategies that will be implemented to optimize the maintenance program of the organization. The final result of the workshop RCM program is the implementation of a specific maintenance strategies on each of the assets of the facility followed by a weeklong workshop on conducting several FEMCA’s which will be used to chart the probability of failure modes against the severity of their consequences. The result highlights failure modes with relatively high probability and severity of consequences, allowing remedial effort to be directed where it will produce the greatest value.
